Construction Administration

Project administration is conducted with the highest level of quality assurance by an Oregon certified Master Builder. Our jobsites are clean, safe and secure. The health of our trade partners and the pre-sales image of your project is a major priority.

We use factory-insured systems (eg the Dupont Tyvek weatherization system) and factory-certified installers for the construction of the building envelope as additional protection against moisture intrusion litigation.

Service

Our warranty services department provides complete photo documentation during the construction process to support the risk management process.

Managing customer service during the warranty administration phase is prompt, tidy and courteous.
